The National Bank of Serbia published end-2025 results for the DinaCard system, reporting that the total number and value of Dina card transactions each rose by 16% compared with 2024. Payments for goods and services increased by 21%, while cash withdrawal transactions were up 1%. Online payments grew by 32% year on year, and the number of online points of sale accepting Dina cards exceeded 3,000. Dina cardholders across Serbian banks can withdraw up to RSD 5,000 in cash when paying at selected retail points of sale and at NIS Petrol, Gazprom and OMV fuel stations, with the number of these transactions up 113% versus the prior year. Interest-free instalment purchases with debit Dina cards are available to customers of Banka Poštanska štedionica, Banca Intesa and NLB Komercijalna Banka at more than 17,000 points of sale, and individuals can pay property tax at Treasury Administration counters of the Ministry of Finance without commission using Dina cards.

The National Bank of Serbia reported a 16% increase in both the number and value of DinaCard transactions for 2025, with online payments rising by 32% and cash withdrawal transactions up 113% at selected retail points. Interest-free instalment purchases and commission-free property tax payments are available to Dina cardholders at numerous points of sale and Treasury Administration counters.
