Rotaru stressed that, beyond understanding the realities of the companies they serve, practitioners also need to understand the national economic context and continuously adapt to legislative developments. While many processes have been digitalised, he emphasised that human expertise and integrity remain decisive for the reliability of financial information and decision-making based on it. He also linked company-level financial management characterised by optimised costs, accurate reporting and adequate planning to more favourable conditions for overall economic stability.
