To enable same-day settlement, National Bank of Pakistan designated branches that manually collect government receipts and payments must settle with the relevant SBP Banking Services Corporation field office or head office immediately after completion of the same-day clearing process. Instruments for government receipts and payments presented at bank counters on 29 November 2025 will be collected by NIFT via special clearing at 17:30, with clearing outcomes to be provided by 23:30 the same day.
