Relevant funds and economic resources must remain frozen, and businesses must not make funds or economic resources available to designated persons, entities they own or control, or persons acting on their behalf, except under an applicable derogation or licence. Any findings must be reported immediately to the States of Guernsey Policy & Resources Committee. Affected firms must then report to the Commission as soon as reasonably practicable, identifying the relevant customer, beneficial owner, key principal, transaction or asset and describing the relationship or transaction, including its value.
