The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that Mega Ploutos Fund Management Ltd, the external manager of HUBDOX FUND RAIF V.C.I.C. LTD (RAIF139), has notified it of the initiation of a procedure to dissolve and liquidate the Registered Alternative Investment Fund (RAIF). Until the process is completed, the RAIF will remain listed in the RAIFs Registry and on CySEC’s website with an “under liquidation” notice. Following completion of the dissolution and liquidation and submission of the necessary documents, CySEC will delete the RAIF from the register in line with the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018.

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that Mega Ploutos Fund Management Ltd has initiated the dissolution and liquidation of HUBDOX FUND RAIF V.C.I.C. LTD. The Registered Alternative Investment Fund will remain listed as "under liquidation" until the process is completed, after which it will be removed from the register in accordance with the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018.
