According to the CVM’s Superintendence of Market and Intermediaries Relations (SMI), there are indications that Albi Corporation Ltd, which presents itself as responsible for the websites www.capivo.com and www.capivo.com/pt/home, has been seeking to raise funds from investors resident in Brazil to carry out securities transactions. The CVM stated that Albi Corporation Ltd is not authorized to intermediate securities or to raise investor funds for application in securities, and imposed the suspension through Declaratory Act CVM 23.178.
