The Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) signed a memorandum of understanding with VTeam Financial Service Group Corp. and Stronghold Trustee Co., Ltd. to cooperate on promoting financial technology innovation and development and to study the feasibility of establishing a regulatory framework for asset securitization and securities financing, with the signing conducted under the permission of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance Dr. Aun Porn Moniroth and attended by 80 participants from the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority and market associations and firms.
