The Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a notice requiring individuals named in an attached list to pay the statutory fee to complete the process for reissuance of a securities practising certificate, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. The reissuance fee is VND 1,000,000 per person and can be paid either by bank transfer or directly at the Vietnam State Securities Commission. The payment reference must specify the certificate holder’s name and identification details. If, within one year of the notice, the individual does not complete the procedure to collect the reissued certificate, the Vietnam State Securities Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that was granted.
