The Vietnam State Securities Commission has published a notice requiring seven named individuals to pay the fee for issuance of a securities practice certificate in order to complete the licensing process. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, in line with the Ministry of Finance fee schedule for the securities sector. Payment may be made either by bank transfer to the Commission’s designated accounts or directly at the Commission. If a person granted a securities practice certificate does not complete the procedures to receive the certificate within one year from the date of the fee notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate.

The Vietnam State Securities Commission has notified seven individuals to pay a VND 1,000,000 fee per person for issuance of a securities practice certificate, in line with the Ministry of Finance fee schedule. Payment may be made by bank transfer or directly at the Commission, and certificates will be cancelled if not collected within one year of the fee notice.
