The Central Bank of Paraguay published a Social Security Council update confirming that seven applicants have advanced to Stage III aptitude and competency interviews in the public merit and qualifications competition to form a shortlist of candidates for the post of Superintendent of Retirement and Pensions. The immediate result is that the field has been narrowed following completion of the curricular evaluation. The update states that the Social Security Council’s support committee for the Executive Secretariat submitted the technical report on the curricular evaluation, which formed the basis for the admitted list. That list was published on the institutional portals of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security, and the Central Bank of Paraguay. A two-business-day period for objections and claims opens from the day after publication of the admitted list under the rules for Stage II. If no objections or claims are filed against the list, the Social Security Council will proceed to Stage III interviews, with the date, time and location to be communicated to the applicants.
