Hong Kong’s Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau announced that the Chief Executive has appointed Mohan Tarachand Bharwaney as a chairman of the Market Misconduct Tribunal (MMT) and the Securities and Futures Appeals Tribunal (SFAT). His three-year terms begin on December 1, 2026, for the MMT and January 1, 2027, for the SFAT. Bharwaney is a former judge of the Court of First Instance of the High Court with more than 40 years of legal experience.
