The Reserve Bank of Vanuatu has, by consent and without prejudice to the parties’ rights and obligations, stayed its 4 November 2025 decision to revoke Pacific Private Bank Limited’s international banking licence under section 11 of the International Banking Act (Vanuatu), pending determination of the bank’s appeal of the revocation decision.
