The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission announced that Pageserve Limited waived its authorisation to provide administrative services under section 16(1) of the Law Regulating Companies Providing Administrative Services and Related Matters of 2012, causing licence 39/196 to lapse from 7 May 2025 and requiring the company to cease providing administrative services, with CySEC permanently deleting it from the licensed persons’ Register under section 16(2).
