Argentina’s Superintendency of Insurance (SSN) presented JUFEJUS and representatives of provincial supreme courts with a new digital consultation system for judicial requests, aimed at speeding up access to information on supervised entities and motor insurance policies. The tool is designed to replace information requests currently handled through multiple platforms or the SSN’s intake desk, allowing courts to retrieve requested data directly from the system with a certificate valid for judicial use. It enables online checks of a vehicle’s insurance coverage at a specific point in time and supports queries on supervised entities and motor policies linked to a vehicle licence plate. Access will be controlled via username and password to ensure traceability and appropriate use of the information.
