The National Bank of Moldova has republished the consolidated text of the Law on foreign exchange regulation, reflecting the latest legislative amendments to Moldova’s foreign exchange framework. The law was adopted on 21 March 2008 and entered into force on 18 January 2009, and was republished in the Official Monitor in December 2016. The updated version incorporates multiple subsequent amendments, most recently Law No. 327 of 29 December 2025, as well as further amendments adopted in 2025 (Laws No. 144, No. 124 and No. 55) and earlier changes dating back to 2010.
