The Hong Kong government said the Financial Secretary has appointed a new chairman, deputy chairman and three members to the Leveraged Foreign Exchange Trading Arbitration Panel for a three-year term running from July 17, 2026 to July 16, 2029. The panel arbitrates disputes between corporations licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission to carry out leveraged foreign exchange trading and their clients under the Securities and Futures Ordinance. The new panel will be chaired by Dr Chordio Chan Siu-ping, with Dr Levin Wang Lei as deputy chairman. The three new members are Dr Lu Mengyu, Ms Peggy Tse Pui-kei and Mr Stephen Tsui Chi-to. The release also acknowledged the outgoing chairman, Ms Rosita Lee Pui-shan, and outgoing members Ms Veronica Fung Kit-ming and Ms Eviana Leung Bon-yuen.
