Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority announced that Erad Partners Capital Company has completed the commencement of business requirements for the managing investments activity in the securities business. The licence was granted under a CMA resolution dated 10/04/1445H (25/10/2023G) pursuant to the Capital Market Law (Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 02/06/1424H) and its Implementing Regulations.
