The certification is issued under Article 152 of Law 488 of 1998, Article 16 of Law 141 of 1994 as amended by Law 756 of 2002, and Resolution 001188 of 24 December 2024 of the Mining and Energy Planning Unit of the Ministry of Mines and Energy. The release notes that the LBMA Gold Price and LBMA Silver Price, administered and published by ICE Benchmark Administration, are used as an underlying reference for the average calculation applied in royalty settlement, and includes trademark, licensing and liability disclaimers regarding use of those benchmarks.
