Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) adopted a set of supervisory decisions that include a temporary ban on the publication of a tender offer by Medical Consumables Ltd to buy shares in Momina Krepost AD and the determination of the minimum yield for mandatory pension funds for the period from 29 December 2023 to 30 December 2025. The tender offer related to purchases executed through the investment intermediary Sofia International Securities AD. The FSC also approved amendments to the articles of association of FairPlay Properties REIT and removed from the Register of Public Companies and Other Issuers of Securities a bond issue by Severcoop – Gamza Holding AD with a total size of BGN 20,000,000, comprising 20,000 secured, non-convertible corporate bonds with a nominal value of BGN 1,000 each (ISIN BG2100008189). In addition, Euroconsult and Accounting Ltd was asked to provide additional information and documents in connection with its intention to acquire a direct qualified participation in Trend Asset Management AD. The FSC published the full text of its minimum-yield decisions (No. 27 – UPF and No. 28 – PPF, both dated 22 January 2026) and the related profitability and minimum-yield statistics on its website, while the qualified-participation review in Trend Asset Management remains subject to the requested supplementary information.
