The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that Kendris Capital Limited, the external manager of ACE CAPITAL RAIF V.C.I.C. LIMITED (Registered Alternative Investment Fund with registration number RAIF110), has notified the regulator of the initiation of a procedure to dissolve and liquidate the investment compartment ACE I - MULTI - ASSET ABSOLUTE RETURN STRATEGY. Until the dissolution and liquidation process is completed, the compartment will remain registered in the RAIFs Registry and appear on CySEC’s website marked “under liquidation”. CySEC will delete the compartment from the RAIFs Register once the dissolution and liquidation are completed and all required documents are submitted.

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission announced that Kendris Capital Limited has initiated the dissolution and liquidation of ACE I - Multi - Asset Absolute Return Strategy, a compartment of ACE Capital RAIF V.C.I.C. Limited. The compartment will remain registered and marked "under liquidation" on CySEC’s website until the process is completed. CySEC will remove it from the RAIFs Register upon submission of all required documents.
