The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) issued advance notice that Durham College, the administrator of the Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP) exam, is increasing LLQP exam fees by CAD 1–2 starting 1 August 2025, so course providers and industry can communicate the change to insurance agent candidates. From 1 August 2025, the total price per module will be CAD 66.00 for paper-based in-person examinations, CAD 66.00 for electronic in-person examinations, and CAD 84.00 for the virtual online examination, with HST shown as CAD 0.
