The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice requiring individuals named in an attached list to pay the licensing fee for the issuance of securities practising certificates in order to complete the certification process. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, set under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on fees and charges in the securities sector applied at the Commission. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the Commission or paid directly at the Commission, with transfer references expected to identify the certificate recipient and their identification details. The notice also states that if the person granted the certificate does not complete the procedure to receive it within one year from 9 May 2025, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the issued securities practising certificate.
