The Brazilian Pension Funds Authority (PREVIC) announced a five-part virtual seminar series to explain recent amendments made by Resolution PREVIC 26/2025 to the integrity and diversity provisions in Resolution PREVIC 23/2023 for closed complementary pension entities (EFPC). The first session, scheduled for 6 March at 10:00, will cover the main changes on “Integrity and Diversity in EFPC” and will run via PREVIC’s YouTube channel. The series will continue weekly on Fridays at 10:00 through 10 April. The opening is set to include PREVIC director-superintendent Ricardo Pena alongside representatives of Abrapp, Anapar and Apep, with a dedicated segment (“Conexões PREVIC”) featuring Metrus chief executive Alexandra Granado and Ministry of Social Security social participation and diversity lead Amanda Anderson focused on the changes to Article 13-A. PREVIC is also collecting questions in advance through an online question box until 23:59 on 4 March, after which questions will be taken through the YouTube chat during the broadcast.
