The Central Bank of Kuwait’s innovation hub, Wolooj, has opened applications for its “Innovation” Initiative Accelerator Program, scheduled to run from 1 September 2025 to 1 October 2025, and aimed at attracting Kuwaiti talent to develop research-backed innovations addressing regulatory, cybersecurity, supervisory, or wider financial sector challenges in Kuwait. Selected applicants are expected to work on one of the Central Bank of Kuwait’s defined problem statements from its challenge list, develop ideas and solutions supported by application or research, and engage with Central Bank of Kuwait experts and mentors as well as other supporting entities.
