The Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) has announced the digitalisation of the annual survey on covered claims in connection with investment business (ICS) for members of the Système d’indemnisation des investisseurs (SIIL), replacing the previous Excel-based process. From 20 January 2025, the ICS yearly reporting must be submitted to the CSSF using the means of communication set out under Circular CSSF-CPDI 16/03, as amended by CSSF Circular-CPDI 25/44. The CSSF has also published a user guide detailing the new submission procedures.
