Passing the relevant examination is mandatory for individuals seeking registration as Certified Investment Solicitors, Equity Securities Salesmen, Fixed Income Market Salesmen or Compliance Officers and Associated Persons for broker dealers. Examinations will be held in Cebu City on Oct. 6 and 20, Iloilo City on Oct. 20 and 29, and Tarlac City on Oct. 27. The fee is PHP 1,500 for each Phase 1 or Phase 2 examination, excluding payment channel charges, and applications close one working day before the examination or when slots are filled. Candidates must bring a Wi-Fi enabled Windows laptop configured with the Safe Exam Browser, along with two original valid identification cards, a basic calculator and a pen. Results will be released through the SEC website and candidates’ accounts on the same day after the final scheduled session, where applicable.
