The Central Bank of Russia has resumed publication of its materials on the Russian Federation’s balance of payments, international investment position and external debt, including a digest intended to support analysis of external-sector trends relevant to monetary policy. Based on detailed statistical reporting data, the digest analyses the dynamics of key indicators across the balance of payments, international investment position and external debt, and sets out the reasons for their changes. It will be published quarterly, at the same time as the release of the balance of payments reporting data.
