The Chile Financial Market Commission has suspended the quotation and trading of shares and bonds issued by Clínica Las Condes S.A. until 15 April 2026, or earlier if the company submits its audited financial statements as of 31 December 2025. The measure was taken after the issuer notified the CMF on 26 March 2026 that it had not submitted its financial information as of 31 December 2025, despite the filing deadline expiring on 31 March 2026. The CMF said the missing disclosure leaves investors, shareholders and the market without accurate, sufficient and timely information about the company’s financial position and, by extension, its securities.
