The fee is to be paid either by bank transfer to the SSC’s designated accounts or submitted directly to the SSC, in line with the fee regime under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular No. 25/2022/TT-BTC. The notice also states that if, within one year from the SSC’s announcement of the fee payment, the certificate holder does not complete the procedures to receive the certificate, the SSC will issue a decision cancelling the issued securities practice certificate.
