The Dominica Financial Services Unit published a public notice confirming it has revoked the money services business (MSB) licence of Financial Services Inc.-Fast Cash, an MSB Class E (Pay day Advance), effective 3 January 2025. The revocation was made pursuant to Section 33 of the Money Services Business Act Chapter 78:82 of the 2017 Revised Laws of the Commonwealth of Dominica. Following the revocation, the firm is no longer authorised to operate as an MSB or carry out related financial transactions, including micro financing, and the action has been publicised in the Gazette dated 20 March 2025.
