Zambia’s Securities and Exchange Commission published a public notice announcing that its Board has elected Mr Paul Nkhoma as Chairperson and Mr Alick E. Mutambo as Vice-Chairperson of the Commission Board, with effect from 18 December 2025. Mr Nkhoma is a Chevening Scholar and holds degrees from the University of Zambia and the University of East Anglia, has attended Harvard’s Advanced Management Program, and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He has over 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry and is a founding member of Hollard Zambia, and he represents the Zambia Chamber of Commerce and Industry on the Board. Mr Mutambo is a fellow of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds an MBA from the East and Southern African Management Institute, with 37 years’ experience spanning external and internal audit and work in the insurance and manufacturing industries; he represents the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants on the Board.
