The Central Bank of Argentina has launched a new online query tool for goods exporters that provides easy, direct and personalised access to all information available in the central bank’s SECOEXPO (Seguimiento de Cobros de Exportaciones de Bienes) system. Using their tax credentials on the ARCA website, exporters can enter the new service “BCRA – Seguimientos de Comercio Exterior” to view the status of all shipping permits, including lists of permits with “certificación de cumplido”, permits in breach, and permits approaching expiry. The module also supports customised queries and straightforward downloading of results, drawing on the latest information reported to the central bank by Customs and/or the nominated financial institution responsible for tracking.
