The release includes audited individual and combined financial statements for the 12 Federal Reserve Banks, the Board, and one limited liability company related to the Board’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic, covering assets, liabilities, and operations as of December 31, 2024. The Board engaged KPMG LLP to perform the audits and to audit internal controls over financial reporting for the 12 Reserve Banks and the Board, as required under the Federal Reserve Act.
