The Estonian Financial Supervision and Resolution Authority has withdrawn the investment firm licence of Admiral Markets AS, which had been in place since 5 June 2009, following an application from the company itself. As a result, Admiral Markets AS will cease providing investment services under a licence from the Estonian supervisor. Admiral Markets AS has confirmed that it has terminated all client relationships. Clients who have not yet received their assets can seek repayment from related investment firm Admirals Europe Ltd in Cyprus. Investment services in Europe under the Admiral Markets brand will continue through Admirals Europe Ltd, which is supervised by the Cypriot financial supervisor and can continue serving clients in Estonia on a cross-border basis.

The Estonian Financial Supervision and Resolution Authority has withdrawn the investment firm licence of Admiral Markets AS at the company’s request, ending its provision of investment services under Estonian supervision. Admiral Markets AS has terminated all client relationships, with remaining client assets repayable via related investment firm Admirals Europe Ltd in Cyprus, which will continue to provide Admiral Markets-branded services in Europe, including Estonia, on a cross-border basis.
