The Montenegro Capital Market Authority has issued a decision revoking the operating licence of investment firm Limit Prime Securities AD (Podgorica), citing the firm’s decision to stop providing investment and ancillary services. The measure was adopted at the Authority’s 178th session under Article 222(1)(2) of the Capital Market Law. Clients of Limit Prime Securities have been notified, under Article 223(1) of the Capital Market Law, to withdraw funds from the firm’s accounts or transfer them to another investment firm. The revoked licence had been issued by a decision dated 16 December 2021 and confirmed by a Commission act dated 3 July 2020.

The Montenegro Capital Market Authority has revoked the operating licence of investment firm Limit Prime Securities AD (Podgorica) following the firm’s decision to cease providing investment and ancillary services, acting under Article 222(1)(2) of the Capital Market Law. Clients have been notified, pursuant to Article 223(1), to withdraw their funds or transfer them to another investment firm.
