The Central Bank of Slovenia published its annual report on potential and actual breaches reported through its breach reporting system, covering 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025. It received 32 reports over the period and found potential breaches of ZBan-3 or other regulations under its remit in 14 cases. Of the 14 cases indicating potential breaches, 10 were handled by the Central Bank of Slovenia within its jurisdiction and four were forwarded to the European Central Bank for further resolution. Separately, 14 of the 32 reports were consumer-related submissions that fall outside the scope of the reporting system, while four reports were deficient and could not be addressed.
