The Guernsey Financial Services Commission announced that its Digital Forum will hold an in-person roundtable on digital finance in the insurance sector from 2pm to 4pm on 3 March 2026 at the Commission’s Regency Court offices. The session supports the Commission’s Digital Finance Initiative and follows its December 2025 consultation paper on Supporting Growth with Digital Finance. Discussion will cover how insurers are using, or considering using, digital technology and digital assets, and the barriers to adoption, including whether the consultation paper’s proposals sufficiently address regulatory challenges. Attendance is open to representatives from Guernsey’s insurance sector and other stakeholders with relevant expertise or interest, including licensed life and general insurers, managers, intermediaries, actuaries and other service providers.
