The notice covers Soluciones FX at solucionesfx.com, Flow Markets at flowmarkets.net, and Gate.io and Gate.com, together with Gate Global UAB, Hippo Financial Services Limited, Hippo Capital Co. Limited, Gate Technology Ltd, Gate Information Pty Ltd., Gate MENA DMCC, Gate Technology FZE, Gate Global Limited, Gate Japan K.K., Gate Securities (Cyprus) Ltd. and Gate Ventures. The CMF advised investors to check on its website whether a company or individual offering financial products or services is supervised, whether the company is registered in Chile and who is responsible for its management. It also recommended internet searches for complaints or other negative information about the firm, its directors and the product being offered, and urged caution where contact is unsolicited, investors are pressured to act quickly, or promised returns appear too attractive to be real.
