The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market approved a procedure for the temporary appointment of an administrator of a non-state pension fund and advanced a package of rulemaking items, including draft amendments to an existing Commission decision and a draft decision to invalidate certain legal acts. It also amended the list of client and depositor assets of FREEDOM FINANCE UKRAINE LLC subject to an asset blocking sanction and updated previous Commission decisions (Nos. 507 and 508 of 25 April 2024 and No. 1684 of 9 December 2014). On registration and licensing, the Commission approved appendices to the base prospectus for Activis Financial Company LLC’s corporate bonds, registered a non-public share issue by PJSC GREENHOUSE PLANT, registered share issues and prospectuses for joint investment by JSC ZNVCIF STRONG PLUS and JSC ZNVKIF VINDMARK, and registered the prospectus and issue of investment certificates of PFIF OTP MAXIMUM of AMC OTP CAPITAL LLC. It granted a capital markets licence for asset management of institutional investors to AMC GLOBAL VIEW CAPITAL LLC and, in supervision, agreed an intended acquisition of significant participation in AMC ASSETS ABILITY ASSETS while finding AMC DIAMANT INVEST MANAGEMENT did not meet criteria set out in Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 76 of 27 January 2023.
