The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that GMM Global Money Managers AIFM Ltd, the external manager of BLUE PI RAIF V.C.I.C. LTD (LEI 213800C5IZISB18YP219), has notified the initiation of the dissolution and liquidation of the RAIF’s investment compartment BLUE PI REAL ESTATE. Until the dissolution and liquidation are completed, the compartment will remain listed in the Registered Alternative Investment Funds (RAIFs) Registry (RAIF83) and on CySEC’s website with a status notice indicating it is “under liquidation”. CySEC will delete the compartment from the RAIFs Register once the process is completed and the required documents are submitted, in line with Article 138 of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018.

Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission announces liquidation of BLUE PI REAL ESTATE compartment of BLUE PI RAIF
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that GMM Global Money Managers AIFM Ltd has begun dissolving and liquidating BLUE PI RAIF V.C.I.C. LTD's investment compartment, BLUE PI REAL ESTATE. The compartment will stay listed in the Registered Alternative Investment Funds Registry and on CySEC’s website as "under liquidation" until the process is completed and documents are submitted per Article 138 of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018.
