The Brazil Securities Commission’s Education Advisory Committee announced the winners of its 19th Investor Education Press Award, which recognizes reporting that explains personal finance, financial planning and investments, including capital market opportunities and risks. Vinicius Novais won the national newspaper category, Carmen Pompeu de Sousa Brasil the regional newspaper category, Felipe Frisch the digital media category and Juliana Machado the magazine category. Each winner will receive BRL 5,000, a certificate and a commemorative plaque at an Aug. 24 ceremony during the opening of the 27th International Investor Relations and Capital Markets Meeting.
