The National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine approved draft government measures supporting Ukraine’s accession to the OECD Recommendation on Principles of Corporate Governance and an experimental registry for assignments of monetary claims under factoring agreements. The decisions continue the commission’s work on corporate governance and financial market infrastructure and formed part of 45 agenda items considered at its latest meeting. The commission also approved changes to requirements for authorized electronic systems and adopted an analytical report on its activities and the state of capital and organized commodity markets in the second quarter of 2026. Other decisions addressed professional market participants, securities issues, appointments to responsible positions and companies’ compliance with regulatory criteria, including the withdrawal of critically important status from FC DALIZ-FINANCE LLC.

The National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine backed draft government measures on accession to the OECD corporate governance recommendation and a pilot registry for factoring-related assignments of monetary claims. It also amended requirements for authorized electronic systems, approved its second-quarter market assessment and took a range of supervisory and securities-related decisions.
