The FSC said a forged investment business licence is being circulated that falsely claims Paulina Kosinska is authorised in the British Virgin Islands to carry on investment business, including dealing in investments, dealing as principal and arranging deals in investments. The regulator advised the public to exercise extreme caution and avoid conducting any business with Paulina Kosinska, and invited the public to provide any relevant information on questionable entities purportedly operating in or from within the Territory and any improper activities. The statement was issued under Section 37A(4) of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.
