The Australian Securities & Investments Commission has cancelled the Australian Credit Licence (ACL) of Sydney-based credit provider Lendflex Holdings Pty Ltd, with the cancellation taking effect on 15 July 2025. ASIC acted after becoming aware that Lendflex failed to lodge its 2024 annual compliance certificate and did not nominate a Key Person for its ACL. Lendflex has held ACL 548515 since 11 September 2023 and was authorised to engage in credit activities as a credit provider. The firm has the right to apply to the Administrative Review Tribunal for a review of ASIC’s decision.
