The Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority has published a notice dismissing NONO AG i.L., formerly PRIME Fund Solutions AG, as liquidator of the Donauvia Fund and the REEF Real Estate Efficiency Fund II and transferring the conduct of the liquidation to Grant Thornton AG under Article 158(1) of the AIFMG. Grant Thornton AG, based in Schaan, was appointed with immediate effect to continue and complete the liquidation of both funds. The notice refers to a preliminary injunction dated July 16, 2026, under which NONO AG i.L., based in Triesen, had been appointed liquidator with immediate effect for the Donauvia Fund, registration number FL-0002.618.612-3, and the REEF Real Estate Efficiency Fund II, registration number FL-0002.667.116-4. Grant Thornton AG has been vested with all powers necessary for the proper conduct and completion of the liquidation of the two funds.

The Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority has removed NONO AG i.L. as liquidator of the Donauvia Fund and the REEF Real Estate Efficiency Fund II and transferred the liquidation to Grant Thornton AG under Article 158(1) of the AIFMG. Grant Thornton AG takes over with immediate effect and has all powers needed to complete the liquidations.
