The National Bank of Serbia published May 2025 operational statistics for its RTGS system, Clearing System, Interbank Foreign Exchange Clearing System and International Foreign Exchange Clearing System, covering transaction volumes, turnover values and system availability. Across the RTGS system and the Clearing System, 18.9 million payments were processed over 20 working days, with 18.2 million (96.3%) in RTGS and 0.7 million (3.7%) in the Clearing System. Average daily volumes were 945,788 payments in total, comprising 911,099 in RTGS and 34,689 in the Clearing System. Turnover amounted to RSD 14,103.8 billion in RTGS and RSD 18.1 billion in the Clearing System (0.1% of total value), with average daily values of RSD 705.2 billion and RSD 0.9 billion respectively. Over 11,175 minutes of production time, there was no downtime and availability was 100.0%. In the Interbank Foreign Exchange Clearing System and the International Foreign Exchange Clearing System, which has 21 participants, the value of transactions totalled EUR 158,677,476.65, with no downtime and 100.0% availability.
