The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market issued a public warning that it is facing increasingly frequent information attacks and harassment of its employees, describing this as pressure intended to destabilise the regulator’s work, including activity linked to its international cooperation. The Commission said the materials being circulated contain false information and manipulation and reflect subjective opinions not supported by verified sources, and reported harassment and covert filming of staff. It linked the attacks to an important phase of its reform process, which it described as a condition for international partners to provide financial support to Ukraine, and warned that false information could harm the state’s image and contribute to the suspension of financial support during the war. It urged authors to avoid manipulating public opinion and to follow the Code of Ethics for Journalists.
