The Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia has launched a project with Asian Development Bank experts to review and develop its digital asset regulatory framework. The initiative was started through a virtual meeting led by SERC Director General Sou Socheat, alongside Deputy Director General Vin Pheakdey, who also heads SERC’s fintech working group, with an Asian Development Bank principal financial sector specialist and other experts.
