The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic’s Osh regional office held a series of guest lectures from 27 to 30 October 2025 as part of World Savings Day 2025, targeting students and school pupils and reaching more than 600 participants. The sessions covered the development of the national currency and its security features, making payments using QR codes, credit, deposits and savings, and measures to prevent young people from becoming involved in financial fraud. Participating institutions included the humanitarian and technological college of Osh Technological University named after M.M. Adyshev and several secondary schools in the Nookat, Uzgen and Kara-Suu districts.
