The National Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan has issued a licence to the limited liability company small microdeposit credit organisation Pulsar to conduct banking operations in Tajikistan’s national currency and in foreign currency. The licence was granted by a decision of the National Bank’s Board, citing the laws on the National Bank of Tajikistan, the licensing system, and microfinance organisations.
